Terms and Conditions

1. A competitor's * quote must be identical in specification throughout.

2. We will only consider fixed price quotations, not estimates.

3. We will endeavour to Price Match any other quotation specification from a competitor that differs from our own.

4. The competitor must be registered for VAT and have a company registration number in the Isle of Man to be considered. 

5. We must be able to verify the offer through a written competitor quotation document. **

6. Any Price Match must be commercially viable: We will not supply lighting systems at a loss, sacrificing quality for quantity.

7. The terms of our Price Match Guarantee are subject to change without notification.

8. A Price Match will have been accepted once we send an official quotation with confirmation that the deal has been verified and agreed.

** We can only accept quotations with company headed literature with a quote reference and fixed price shown that can be checked with our competitor.
