Manx Lighting provided crew to install Manx Sound’s impressive 16k Nexo sound system into the Gaiety theatre for Davy Knowles & Back Door Slam's epic homecoming gig. With the Gaiety theatre full to absolute capacity the pressure was on to make sure the sound system was ready in ample time. The complexity of the system was increased with the addition of delay speakers (an additional 2k) to provide adequate sound coverage to the Gods and also the Gallery. A feat that was pulled off with ease thanks to our knowledgeable crew. |

Everyone who took part in the event showed extreme dedication and professionalism despite the long working hours. For our crew the day started at 9am and went on until 3.30am the following day, which is not everyone's cup of tea, but for us it’s all part of the job.
